Our marketing team is at the heart of our mission, and we’re looking for a highly-organized, proactive, tech-savvy Administrative Assistant to help keep our marketing operations smooth, efficient, and scalable.

About the Role

As the Administrative Assistant supporting our Marketing Team, you’ll play a key behind-the-scenes role in ensuring campaigns, launches, and marketing tasks are executed smoothly. You'll help manage email campaigns, organize project timelines, keep systems up to date, and assist with operational tasks that keep our brand visible and our message consistent.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of administrative or executive assistant experience

  • Familiarity with Systeme.io, Zoho, and Mailchimp (REQUIRED)

  • Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail, Calendar)

  • Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal

  • Top-tier attention to detail and follow-through

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced remote environment

  • Self-starter who can work independently and efficiently

Compensation:
